Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of defect management improvement mode in improving the disinfection and sterilization effect and management quality of instruments in disinfection and supply center.Meth-ods:From November 2021 to October 2023,2000 pieces of instruments in disinfection supply center were randomly selected as the research object.According to the time point,they were divided into control group with 1000 devices(November 2021 to October 2022)and study group with 1000 devices(November 2022 to October 2023).The con-trol group implemented the conventional management mode,while the study group implemented the improved de-fect management mode.The differences in management quality,device qualification,device adverse events and sat-isfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the equipment man-agement,packaging quality,cleaning quality,disinfection quality and environmental management in the study group were higher(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,packaging,sterilization and distribu-tion in the study group was higher(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of equipment missing and delayed delivery of goods(P＞0.05),but compared with the control group,the error rate of sterilization package identification,sterilization method,goods delivery,wet package and total adverse e-vents in the study group were lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The improved defect management model has a good ap-plication effect in the equipment management of disinfection supply center,which can effectively clean and disinfect the qualified rate,reduce the incidence of equipment adverse events.关键词
