原发性醛固酮增多症和原发性高血压患者生化指标的对比分析
Comparative analysis of biochemical indexes between primary aldosteronism and essential hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the biochemical and hormonal differences of patients with essential hypertension(EHT),primary aldosteronism(PA)and between different types of PA.Methods:A total of 131 PA patients hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from september 2009 to septem-ber 2022 were included.According to the results of adrenal CT,the PA patients were divided into adenoma group(90 cases)and non-adenoma group(41 cases).127 patients with EHT as control group,The differences of blood glucose(PG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL).Results:There were significant differences in sex composition ratio between EHT(107/21)and adenoma group(43/47)、between EHT and non-adenoma group(21/20).Age,body mass index(BMI)between EHT and adenoma group、EHT and non-adenoma group were significantly different(P＜0.05).There were significant differences in TG between EHT and adenoma group,adenoma and non-adenoma group.There were statistical differences in TC and LDL between EHT and adenoma groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Com-pared with non-adenoma group,TG of PA patients in the non-adenoma group was significantly increased.Other biochemical indexes were also increased to varying degrees compared with the adenoma group,but the difference was not statistically significant.关键词
