对下肢骨折病人采取手术室干预方法与干预效果的分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of operating room intervention for patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods:80 patients with lower limb fracture admitted to the Second Hospital of Tangshan City from February 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.The control group(n = 40)received routine intervention,and the experimental group(n = 40)received routine inter-vention+operating room intervention.The surgical indexes,incidence of adverse events,perioperative comfort and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,first time of getting out of bed and hospital stay of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P＜0.05),and the amount of surgical bleeding was shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events(2.50%)was lower than that of control group(20.00%)(P＜0.05).Perioperative comfort was better than control group in social,environmental,physiological and psychological aspects(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate(97.50%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The operation room intervention for patients with lower extremity fracture has good clinical effect,which can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients'operation and ensure the safety of patients'operation.关键词
