摘要

Abstract

Regulating the light environment in factory circulating aquaculture is a current research focus,but few stu-dies have considered the perspective of fish swimming cooperation.In this paper,we aimed to investigate the effects of different light intensities on swimming energy consumption and swimming coordination ability of largemouth bass Mi-cropterus salmoides.Specifically,four different light intensities(0,300-500,2200-2500 and 3300-3900 1x)were examined,focusing on swimming energy consumption,relative distance,relative position distribution and attack fre-quency of largemouth bass.The results found that:(1)Intensified light had a significant impact on the expression of swimming cooperation ability in fish,primarily due to the stimulation of strong light and aggressive behavior;(2)When the light intensity ≤2200-2500 1x,increasing light intensity led to a significant increase in fish swimming energy con-sumption(P<0.05).The results showed that the increase of light intensity limited the expression of swimming coopera-tion ability of fish,which caused unnecessary swimming energy consumption of individuals.
