Abstract
Objective:To develop a questionnaire on the current situation of nurses'uniforms in China and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The dimensions and item pool of the questionnaire were constructed by literature review and semi-structured interview results.Through expert letter inquiry,pre-investigation,project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,items were selected and modified to determine the dimensions of the questionnaire and form a formal questionnaire.A random sampling method was used to select 2 300 nurses from 2 hospitals in the eastern,central and western regions of China,and 6 comprehensive Grade Three affiliated hospitals directly under 6 independent western medicine colleges in 6 provinces(municipalities and districts)to investigate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:The questionnaire included 23 items,and the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.966.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good,and it can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the current situation of nurses'uniforms.关键词
