老年髋关节置换病人护理敏感质量指标体系的构建
Construction of nursing sensitive quality indicators for elderly hip replacement based on evidence

Abstract
Objective:To construct a nursing-sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients,and to provide a precise,scientific,reasonable and objective quantitative evaluation basis for the quality management of elderly hip replacement patients in wards.Methods:The Johns Hopkins nursing evidence-based model was used to summarize the evidence and lay the foundation for the construction of the nursing sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients.A scientific research group was established to formulate the outline of nursing sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients by using semi-structured interview method,through 2 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence to improve the indicators,and finally determine the nursing sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients.Results:A nursing-sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients was constructed,including 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators;the positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 88%and 100%,and the authoritative and coefficients are 0.862 and 0.864,and the coordination coefficient is 0.443-0.509.Conclusion:The constructed nursing sensitive quality index system for elderly hip replacement patients is scientific and reasonable,and has clinical practical operability,which is conducive to the quality improvement of nursing management in wards.关键词
