基于计划行为理论的癫痫患儿服药管理问卷的编制与信效度检验
Preparation and validity test of medication management questionnaire for children with epilepsy based on the theory of planned behavior

Abstract
Objective:To develop a medication management questionnaire for children with epilepsy and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the theory of planned behavior and literature search,a questionnaire item pool was formed.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 15 experts to form the first draft of the questionnaire,the formal questionnaire was determined through pilot investigation.Using the convenient sampling method,113 caregivers of children with epilepsy hospitalized in the department of neurology of our hospital from June to August 2022 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,and their reliability and validity were tested.Results:The positive coefficients of experts in two rounds of correspondence were 88.24%and 100%,the expert authority(Cr)was 0.79 and 0.82,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.56 and 0.64.The questionnaire contained 20 items in five dimensions,and five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.295%,The Cronbach's α of the questionnaire was 0.721,and Cronbach's of each dimension is 0.664-0.773,the half reliability was 0.733,the content validity index was 0.98,and the content validity index of each item was 0.93-1.00.Conclusion:The medication management questionnaire for children with epilepsy can better integrate the situation of children with epilepsy in China and has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the evaluation of medication management of children with epilepsy.关键词
