Abstract
Objective:A scale suitable for evaluating compliance of patients in awake prone position was developed and its reliability and validity were verified.Methods:Based on the awake prone position guidelines and expert recommendations,the initial scale was constructed through expert letter consultation and pre-survey on the basis of literature analysis and semi-structured interview.From December 2023 to February 2023,85 patients were conveniently selected for investigation,and item analysis and reliability and validity test of the scale were carried out.Results:The compliance scale for patients in awake prone position contains 3 dimensions and 10 items.The I-CVI of the scale is 0.91-1.00,and the S-CVI is 0.983.Three common factors were extracted by exploring factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.096%.The correlation coefficient between each dimension of the scale and the total score of the scale was 0.895-0.916.The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.931,the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was 0.782-0.919,and the half-reliability coefficient was 0.904.Conclusion:The compliance scale of patients in awake prone position has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the assessment of compliance in awake prone position.关键词
