自主功能指数量表的汉化及信效度检验
Chinese version of autonomic function index and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese Index of Autonomous Functioning(IAF)and its application in diabetes patients.Methods:IAF was cross-cultural debugged by Brislin model,and its reliability and validity were tested in 442 diabetes patients.Results:There are 3 dimensions and 15 items in the Chinese version of IAF scale,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of the scale was 0.487-0.722.The I-CVI of the scale was 0.830-1.000,and the S-CVI was 0.978.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.073%;In the confirmatory factor analysis,χ2/ν=2.448,RMSEA=0.079,and other indicators reached the expression,indicating that the model has a good adaptability.For the total scale,the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.888,Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.789-0.914.The test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.839,and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.737-0.922.The half reliability of the scale was 0.751,and the half reliability of each dimension was 0.726-0.893.Conclusion:The Chinese version of IAF scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the autonomic function of patients with diabetes.关键词
