Theoretical guidance,strategic focus,and key path for comprehensively promoting rural revitaliza-tion on the new journey
摘要
Abstract
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made strategic arrangements for building an agricultur-al power and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization has answered a series of major theoretical and practical questions such as why and how to revitalize the countryside,and has formed a comprehensive,systematic,coherent,profound and dynamic scientific theoretical system.This theory is comprehensive implementation of the new development concept in agricultural and rural work,innovative practice of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics in rural areas,an important part of socialist thought with Chi-nese characteristics,a new development trend of the"agriculture-rural areas-farmers"work practice led by the centennial party,and an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,providing theoretical guidelines and action programs for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.This article puts forward that,in the context of building a strong agricultural country and promoting Chinese-style modernization,under the overall leadership of the party,it is necessary to take General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization as the guideline,the two bottom lines of not returning to poverty on large-scale and ensuring food safety as the prerequisite,the development of rural industries,rural construction and rural governance coordination as strategic focus,the promotion of integration and development as the key path,cohesion of revitalization rejuvenation and promotion of development path innovation as important support to im-prove comprehensively the effectiveness of rural revitalization,continuously consolidate the foundation of accelerating the modern-ization of agriculture and rural areas and build a strong agricultural country.关键词
