新时期我国农业生产性服务业的创新路径与策略
Innovation path and strategies of China's agricultural production service industry in the new period
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural production service industry has been developing rapidly under the support of policies in recent years in Chi-na.The total amount and the operation level of agricultural machinery and equipment have been continuously improved;the ser-vice subjects and the business scope are becoming more and more diverse;the service form is constantly innovated;the advantag-es of scaled service organizations driving farmers have been highlighted,and the function of the agricultural productive service has been continuously upgraded.However,there are still challenges,such as the industry in supportive position,the insufficient ser-vice supply,the uneven development of the mechanized operation link and the insufficient number and integration of service organi-zations.To cope with these challenge,this paper proposes development strategies for the new period:improving the work promo-tion mechanism;building a public service platform to innovate the cooperation method;guiding the standardized development to promote the establishment of service standards;increasing the implementation of policies to innovate the support method;acceler-ating the cultivation of powerful service organizations to innovate the service supply form;improving agricultural infrastructure to accelerate the filling of services gap;playing village collectives'role in promoting the"unification"of moderate-scale operation.关键词
