乡村数字治理的内在逻辑、潜在风险及消解策略
The inherent logic,potential risks,and resolution strategies of rural digital governance
摘要
Abstract
With the rural revitalization strategy and digital rural strategy,the digital transformation of rural governance has be-come an inevitable trend.In the practical process of rural digital governance,the main manifestations are the value logic of inte-grating governance resources,promoting information flow,and activating rural public trust through digital technology,the institu-tional logic of mutual selection after continuous interweaving and adjustment among multiple subjects,and the technical logic of empowering and empowering rural governance,which constitutes the internal logic of rural digital governance.Currently,the tra-ditional governance model in rural society and the modern digital technology will not naturally achieve coupling and coordination,resulting in issues such as digital technology eroding local characteristics,dissolving autonomy,and breeding ethical risks.In the future,rural digital governance needs to be addressed through strategies such as promoting the effective integration of digital tech-nology and rural society,strengthening the grassroots party organizations'leadership responsibility and the strength of village lev-el organizations,and shaping people-centered smart rural ethical norms in order to protect rural values.关键词
