青年村干部职业稳定性差异的形成逻辑
The forming logic of the stability difference of rural young cadres:based on investigation and analysis of Z Village in Northwest Guangxi

Abstract
There is a phenomenon of differential stability in the careers of young rural cadres.Using the"field superposition"the-ory,this article construct a"dual role shaping"analysis framework to explores the forming logic of different occupationl stability of young cadres in Village Z of Guangxi Province.The study found that:Firstly,the stability was affected by the administrative,social and market fields,which was manifested in the joint shaping by multiple fields,forming strong,medium and weak role ori-entations with different strengths.Secondly,whether the shaped dual roles can coexist and the direction and intensity of symbio-sis will generate different relationship models of strong symbiosis,weak symbiosis and no symbiosis,which will promote young cadres to show long-term stability,short-term stability,relatively unstable and very unstable differential stability.The analytical framework of"dual role shaping"provides a new perspective for a comprehensive understanding,clarifies the forming logic,and helps to take targeted and differentiated measures to stabilize the rural young cadre team.关键词
