青年村干部职业稳定性差异的形成逻辑OACHSSCD
The forming logic of the stability difference of rural young cadres:based on investigation and analysis of Z Village in Northwest Guangxi
当前青年村干部职业呈现差异化稳定现象.本研究依托"场域叠加"理论构建青年村干部稳定性生成的"双重角色塑造"分析框架,探究桂西北Z村青年干部不同职业稳定性的形成逻辑.研究发现:首先,青年村干部的稳定性选择受到行政、社会和市场等场域的影响,表现为多重场域对其职业角色与家庭角色的共同塑造,分别形成强、中、弱不同强度的角色取向.其次,塑造后的双重角色能否共生以及共生的方向与强度,会生成强共生、弱共生和无共生的不同关系模式,促使青年干部展现出长期稳定、短期…查看全部>>
