Abstract

Aluminum alloy pedestrian bridges have been gradually promoted and applied in China,which are widely praised by the industry in terms of safety,economy,environmental protection,landscape,and convenient construc-tion.At present,the majority of the superstructure forms of active aluminum alloy pedestrian bridges adopt the mid-dle through truss structure in China.The through truss structure meets the stress requirements and has more advan-tages in project feasibility with medium and small spans.Based on engineering examples,a finite element model of the bridge was established by Midas Civil and 3D3S software.The applicability of the middle and through structures were contrastively analyzed from the aspects of internal force analysis and project applicability characteristics,pro-viding a reference for the choice of the upper structure of aluminum alloy pedestrian bridges in future.
