民营企业产业工人思想政治状况调查研究
Research on Ideological and Political Status of Industrial Workers in Private Enterprises:Based on the Empirical Investigation of Private Enterprises in Wuhu
摘要
Abstract
Taking 1 274 randomly selected industrial workers of private enterprises in Wuhu as the survey sample,the current ideological and political status of workers in private enterprises is investigated on the basis of the age,education and political outlook of workers.The study finds that the ideological and political situation of industrial workers in private enterprises is generally good,but there are still shortcomings in basic political literacy,moral lev-el,education,labour values,self-professional identity and awareness of the rule of law;At the same time,in ideolog-ical and political work,there are still too few ideological and political workers,and the content,ways and methods are not targeted.Based on this,it is proposed to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for industrial workers in private enterprises in three aspects:raising awareness,optimizing content and innovating meth-ods.关键词
