Abstract
The history of Fuliji Roast Chicken can be traced back to ancient times and the chicken has formed u-nique manufacturing process and flavor in thousands of years.Fuliji Roast Chicken brand building and market ope-ration is a comprehensive and multi-level research topic.Firstly,the historical origin of Fuliji Roast Chicken is stu-died.Secondly,it is about the study of the upper,middle and lower industrial environment of Fuliji Roast Chicken.Finally,it is about the cultural creativity research of Fuliji Roast Chicken and the healthy flavor enhancement re-search of Fuliji Roast Chicken.The comprehensive development and utilization of Fuliji Roast Chicken can adopt the means of integrating culture and science and technology.Firstly,it is to create regional geographical indications and public brand products;Secondly,it is to create traceable and"endorsed"ecological products;Finally,it is to create a"net celebrity product"in line with the modern integrated marketing concept.关键词
