安徽省绿色全要素生产率测度及提升路径研究
Research on the Measurement and Improvement Path of Green Total Factor Productivity in Anhui Province

Abstract
Green total factor productivity(GTFP)covers the concept of green sustainable development,which can more comprehensively reflect the quality and benefits of regional economic development.In order to effectively ob-serve the high-quality economic development level of Anhui Province,this paper uses the panel data of 16 prefec-ture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2020 as the research basis to construct a super-efficient SBM mo-del,and uses the global reference GML index to measure GTFP of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province.The research finds that the quality of Anhui's economic development will be overestimated without considering undesired output,while the green total factor productivity that takes into account both economic performance and environmen-tal performance can more truly observe the high-quality development of Anhui Province.The overall GTTP of 16 ci-ties in Anhui Province has been improved,among which GTFP is mainly driven by technological progress,while the contribution of technical efficiency is relatively insufficient.Central Anhui has the fastest growth rate of GTFP,fol-lowed by northern Anhui and southern Anhui,mainly due to the growth dividends brought about by technological progress.In the future development,northern Anhui and southern Anhui should focus on improving the transforma-tion efficiency of technological achievements and fully release the endogenous driving force for high-quality develop-ment.关键词
