基于应用型人才培养的财务管理专业校企合作实践基地建设研究

Abstract
The advent of the wisdom era has put forward new requirements and challenges for the training of finan-cial management professionals in colleges and universities.The cooperation practice base construction of university-enterprise cooperation should also be adjusted and reformed in time.This paper elaborates the critical role of the construction of university-enterprise cooperation base,and analyzes the main problems existing in the practice tea-ching base of financial management.From the perspective of the cultivation of application-oriented financial talents,this paper summarizes the construction objectives of the university-enterprise cooperation base of financial manage-ment under the background of the integration between industry and education.Moreover,this paper analyzes in detail the construction contents of the university-enterprise cooperation base of financial management specialty with the in-tegration of production and education from the perspectives of university-enterprise cooperation system,practical training teaching system,teaching staff construction,smart financial resource sharing platform,quality monitor system and teaching effect evaluation,so as to cultivate excellent financial management talents with high comprehensive quality and in line with the market demand.关键词
