Abstract
New liberal arts construction is currently an important development strategy for universities,and new re-quirements have been put forward for the curriculum ideology and politics of Principles of Management.On the basis of traditional curriculum ideological and political construction,the"new path"of ideological and political teaching of principles of management course is explored.Combined with professional knowledge,"new elements"of curricu-lum ideology and politics in industry current politics are excavated.Universities should give full play to the funda-mental advantages and utility of the principles of management course"educating people,cultivating morality,and cultivating talents",implement the OBE teaching philosophy from the teacher level,and improve curriculum ideolog-ical and political teaching level.According to the characteristics of the new liberal arts construction education,the i-dea of"improving the quality and efficiency"in curriculum ideology and politics of application-oriented universities should be implemented;It is to create a curriculum ideological and political system of management courses that is suitable for application-oriented universities and conforms to the characteristics of the new era,and provide benefi-cial references for cultivating high-quality industry talents in the field of management in the new era.关键词
