新生心理健康状况纵向分析及教育对策
Longitudinal Analysis of Freshmen Mental Health Status and Educational Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
A total of 23 289 freshmen from Suzhou University from 2017 to 2021 were selected as subjects by using the Chinese College Student Mental Health Screening Scale to conduct a psychological survey.The data show that:(1)The overall mental health status of freshmen in the past five years is good,but internet addiction,academic and employment pressure are the main troubles of freshmen.(2)The mental health level of freshmen is affected by gen-der,major,whether they are the only child and the place of origin and there are significant differences.The mental health level of girls is generally lower than that of boys,and the scores of many indicators of girls are significantly higher than that of boys.The degree of mental health of freshmen in rural areas was significantly lower than that in other areas.The degree of mental health of freshmen majoring in science is higher than that of other majors.Based on the mental health status of freshmen in the past five years,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen and im-prove the mental health education of freshmen.关键词
