Research progress on mechanism of premature ovarian failure and its prevention and treatment strategies
摘要
Abstract
Premature ovarian failure refers to the phenomenon that ovarian function decreases before the age of 40,which can lead to decrease in the pregnancy rate and increase in the abortion rate and birth defects,as well as increase in the incidence of systemic diseases caused by premature ovarian failure.It has been found that ovarian protection can be enhanced by interfering with the expression level of related genes,or giving antioxidants such as melatonin or quercetin,so as to intervene and prevent premature ovarian failure in advance,which can help to improve the quality of the oocytes,prevent and control premature ovarian failure,as well as to improve the quality of life of women.This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of premature ovarian failure and its prevention and treatment strategies,with a view to providing new ideas for further research on the prevention and treatment of premature ovarian failure.关键词
