免疫因素与复发性流产的相关性分析
Analysis of relationship of immunological factors and recurrent abortion
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent abortion(RSA)is a complex type of female infertility,and it is increasing year by year.As the number of abortions increases,the risk of subsequent spontaneous abortions also increases.The etiology of RSA is very complex,with about 40％～50％of patients unable to detect any cause.Therefore,it increases the treatment difficulty of RSA,which is a hot spot and difficult point in the current clinical research.Maintaining the normal immune function and the immune balance between the maternal and fetal interface are the key of normal pregnancy.This paper reviews the relationship between maternal immune antibodies and immune cells and RSA.关键词
