Research progress on fertility preservation in adolescents and young adults with cancer based on shared decision making
摘要
Abstract
Cancer-related treatments can impair the fertility of cancer survivors.Fertility preservation can help cancer survivors to protect their reproductive endocrine function or preserve their reproductive potential.Shared decision-making on fertility preservation among adolescents and young adults with cancer can help the patients make fertility preservation decisions that best align with their values and preferences,reducing decision conflict and decision regret.This paper reviews the research progress of shared decision-making for fertility preservation in adolescents and young adults with cancer,including related concepts,development status,decision-making models,challenges and countermeasures,in order to provide references for promoting shared decision-making for fertility preservation and improving quality of life in adolescents and young adults with cancer.关键词
