摘要
Abstract
Centralized freight business handling is important in the transformation of railway freight toward modern logistics enterprises.Taking the overall upgrade of China Railway 95306 as an opportunity,China Railway Qinghai Tibet Group Co.,Ltd.implemented centralized freight business handling to integrate the railway freight interior businesses of requirement acceptance,accounting voucher preparation,payment and reconciliation,inside delivery,and claims in the freight service center for unified handling.This paper expounded on the problems in personnel quality,work efficiency,and marketing quality before centralized freight business handling,and post-setting and workflow after centralized freight business handling.Additionally,it analyzed the positive effects exerted by staff reduction and efficiency enhancement,customer experience improvement,work process standardization,and marketing system reconstruction on the organization model of transportation production and service model.Meanwhile,this paper proposed to optimize centralized handling strategies from function optimization,system construction perfection,and function construction of freight information systems for centralized freight business handling.Finally,a fast freight service system featuring digitalization,standardization,and networkization was established to promote the high-quality development of railway freight transportation.关键词
