Abstract

Based on the preparation characteristics of transportation schemes in railway commercial cars,this paper solved the problems of the existing manual preparation schemes including short decision-making time and limited decision-making space.It studied the methods for designing transportation scheme of commercial cars at the whole railway range and within a certain decision-making period.Considering the requirements of commercial car supply chains for railway transportation timeliness and stability,a 0-1 integer programming model was built based on a spatio-temporal network to generate a transportation scheme of commercial cars with low transportation costs and high timeliness.Meanwhile,GUROBI was adopted for a solution.The results show that the model can generate the railway commercial car transportation scheme within two weeks in a relatively short period.Additionally,it can comprehensively consider the timeliness and economy by adjusting the relevant parameters and operating train number.Thus,the overall timeliness can be improved with reduced transportation costs to provide references for proposing the optimal transportation scheme.Compared with the manual scheme,the proposed computer scheme can consider the transportation demands and railway transportation resources of a wider spatio-temporal range to improve the overall timeliness and stability.
