Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the effects of Tongqiao Biyan Granule combined with antihistamine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients(AR)and its influence on clinical symptoms and quality of life.[Methods]The 126 AR patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping method,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aztrostine hydrochloride,the observation group was given Tongqiao Biyan Granule on the basis of control group.Clinical symptoms,naso-conjunctivitis related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score,serum trace element levels and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.[Results]Compared with before treatment,the symptoms of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,zinc content in 2 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);copper content and RQLQ score were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and zinc content in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);copper content and RQLQ score were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P＞0.05).[Conclusion]Tongqiao Biyan Granule combined with antihistamine has good efficacy in the treatment of AR patients,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,and regulate the level of serum trace elements,with high safety.关键词
