养心定悸胶囊临床研究概况及可视化分析
Overview and visual analysis of clinical research of Yangxin Dingji Capsule
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To systematically analyze the clinical research,research hotspots and trends of Yangxin Dingji Capsule,and to provide reference for the clinical value positioning and secondary development of drugs and guide clinical research.[Methods]Clinical studies of Yangxin Dingji Capsule were systematically retrieved,and the bibliometric method and VOS viewer software were used to visually analyze the research institutions,keywords,research characteristics,etc.,and the visual map was drawn.[Results]A total of 39 articles were included,all of which were clinical controlled trial design types,including a total of 25 implementation units,mainly tertiary medical institutions in Hebei province.It involves 183 keywords,mainly focusing on its dominant indications(arrhythmia,ventricular premature beats,palpitations);intervention methods of the treatment groups were all conventional loading therapy of Western medicine,and the clinical outcomes mainly focused on clinical response rate,cardiac function indexes,laboratory indicators and adverse events.[Conclusion]The clinical research hotspots of Yangxin Dingji Capsule are prominent and the goals are concentrated.It is necessary to further strengthen the cooperation and exchange between institutions,pay attention to the quality control of the research implementation process,and improve the quality and value of the research.关键词
