《黄帝内经》"毒"邪思想对类风湿关节炎防治的启示
The enlightenment of"poison"evil thoughts in Huangdi Neijing to the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
The evil thought of"poison"originated from Huangdi Neijing,which laid the theoretical basis of"poison"pathogenic.Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common and refractory rheumatic disease in clinical practice.By combing the theory of"poison"in Huangdi Neijing and related ancient books,combined with modern medical concepts,the prevention and treatment of RA from the perspective of"Double-toxin theory"is expoused.The"Double-toxin theory"includes exogenous toxin and endogenous toxin.Exogenous toxin refers to the toxin that enters the body from outside to inside and causes diseases,including the six evils and harmful substances in the environment.Endogenous virulence refers to the virulence produced from within or latent in the body and then onset.Exogenous pathogens and endogenous pathogens breed each other,cause and effect each other,and help each other to abuse each other,leading to the occurrence of diseases together.Hoping from the aspect of"Double-toxin theory"provides new way for the diagnosis and treatment of RA.关键词
