丹芪偏瘫胶囊治疗脑卒中的研究进展
Research progress on the efficacy and mechanism of Danqi Piantan Capsule in the treatment of stroke
摘要
Abstract
Danqi Piantan Capsule has the effects of benefiting qi and activating blood circulation,inducing resuscitation,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals,used in the recovery period of meridians of ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.The main ingredients are astragaloside A,salvianolic acid B,paeoniflorin,Z-ligustilide,borneol,α-asarone,β-asarone,which exert anti stroke effects by acting on multiple targets and pathways.In animal experiments and clinical studies,it has been confirmed that Danqi Piantan Capsule is involved in the treatment of stroke and complications,and its effects are related to anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,neuroprotective and nerve regeneration,antioxidant stress,increased cerebral blood flow,and improved cognitive function.This article reviews the clinical research and basic research of Danqi Piantan Capsule in the treatment of stroke and complications,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization.关键词
