摘要
Abstract
A suspected porcine contagious pleuropneumonia has occurred in a large-scale pig farm in Southern Xinjiang.In order to identify the pathogen,the corrent study conducted bacterial isolation,biochemical test,PCR test,drug sensitivity test and animal pathogenicity test on lung samples collected from the infected pigs.The results showed that a strain of infectious Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae was isolated from this scale pig farm and identified as APP biotype Ⅰ and serovar 1 according to biological characteristics analysis and PCR.The pathogenicity test results showed that the strain was pathogenic to mice.The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin and other quinolones.The drug resistance gene was analyzed that the pathogen was identified as Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serovar 1 with floR gene.关键词
