主干型果园株间避障割草机的设计与试验
Design and experiment of obstacle avoidance mower for trunk orchards

Abstract
In order to solve the difficult in mowing weed between trees in Xinjiang trunk orchards,an obstacle avoidance mower,which is appropriate for trunk orchard planting mode was designed.The whole structure of the obstacle avoidance mower was determined and its working principle was introduced.While analyses based on finite element method were carried out on the obstacle avoidance bar and frame,the factors affecting the working performance of the implement were verified by the interactive test and practical field test,respectively.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of obstacle avoidance rod is 179.72 MPa,and the maximum strain force is 9.25×10-4,the maximum deformation is 34.418 mm,and the first six natural frequencies of the frame range from 39.806 to 95.562 Hz.It can be concluded that the excitation frequency outside the frame is not within the range of natural frequency,that is,the body does not occur resonance during operation.The test results show that the best parameter combination of the prototype is the tractor forward speed with 1.5 km/h,the hydraulic cylinder compression speed with 225 mm/s,and the reset spring elastic coefficient with 29 N/mm.At this time,the average value of missed cutting rate between trees in orchard is 7.64%.The actual value is close to the theoretical value,and the regression model is accurate and reliable,which meets the requirements of obstacle avoidance mowing weed between trees in trunk orchard,and can also provide theoretical reference for the design and optimization of obstacle avoidance mower in orchard.关键词
