Abstract
As key wayside equipment of the CTCS-2 train control system,the train control center achieves real-time encoding of balise telegrams for temporary speed restriction according to the temporary speed restriction command and train route status.On the basis of an analysis of the impacts of the balise telegram capacity on the telegram encoding of temporary speed restriction for siding track departure,and in view of the Technical Specification of Train Control Center,this paper proposes a new solution for the telegram encoding of temporary speed restriction for siding track departure.The proposed solution can meet the requirements of the common scenarios of the CTCS-2 train control system for high-speed railways,simplify the plan for engineering implementation,and reduce the workload of engineering software development and testing,which achieves the goals of ensuring train operation safety and increasing train operating efficiency.关键词
