Comprehensive Monitoring System for Operating Parameters of Switch Machines
摘要
Abstract
To improve the maintenance level and management efficiency,it is necessary to monitor the operating parameters of switch machines.This paper describes a comprehensive monitoring system for the operating parameters of switch machines.The proposed monitoring system can monitor the working conditions of several key components in the switch machine,including the push plate sleeve,throw rod,indication rod,motor and movable contact.On this basis,it can provide early warning,alarming and fault location judgment for faults caused by moving components in the switch machine.Thus,it enables the on-site maintenance personnel to maintain and repair the equipment in time before the failure occurs,so as to achieve"preventative maintenance".关键词
