H65黄铜厚板旋转压力焊焊接接头的组织和性能分析
Microstructure and Properties of Welded Joints of H65 Brass Thick Plate by Rotary Pressure Welding

Abstract
In this paper,the influence of rotating speed of stirring head on the welding quality of H65 brass rotary pressure welding(RPW)process is studied.The rotating speed is set as 600 r/min,800 r/min and 1000 r/min respectively.The microstructure evolution is observed by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the mechanical properties of the joint are tested as well.The results show that the H65 brass can be effectively connected by RPW process.There are no obvious cracks at the joint re-gion,but some pores in the microstructure,which gradually decrease with the increase of the rotation speed.At the same time,the obvi-ous grain refinement of the H65 brass is found in the joint region,and theβphase proportion decreases with the increase of rotation speed,which effectively improves the plasticity of the joint region.When the rotating speed of the stirring head is 1000 r/min,H65 brass connection has the best effect.The tensile strength of the joint is 348 MPa,the elongation is 48.4%and the fracture is ductile.关键词
