铼酸铵粒度对铼粉压制性能的影响
Pressing Property of Rhenium Powders with Ammonium Rhenate Particle Size

Abstract
As the raw material of rhenium products,the pressing property of rhenium powder is one of the key factors affecting product quality and service performance.Four kinds of rhenium powders with different particle sizes were used as raw materials to prepare rhe-nium powder by two-step hydrogen reduction method.Subsequently,the micro-morphologies,phase,particle size and physical proper-ties of the powders were characterized and tested by field emission scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,fischer particle size meter,powder physical properties meter and other equipment.And then the influences rule of particle size on the formability of rhenium powders were comprehensively investigated.The results show that the refinement of particle of the raw material had great influ-ences on the micromorphology of the as-prepared powders,which the whole shape evolved from granular to flake and finally dendritic.Meanwhile,the obtained fischer particle size(minimum 2.53 μm),laser particle size(minimum 24.1 μm),the vibration density and the filling density all decreased correspondingly,while the pressing property of the rhenium powders was greatly improved.关键词
