Abstract
The inherent defects of PV modules are an important factor affecting the power generation capacity of PV power stations.Due to the inability to monitor the operation status of a PV module in real time and the difficulty of being detected manual inspection,this paper proposes to use drones equipped with dual light cameras(including visible light lenses and infrared thermal imaging lenses)to automatically inspect the PV module area in the PV power station,and to cooperate with image automatic recognition technology to timely detect problematic PV modules,improving the efficiency of fault elimination.After comparative analysis using a 40 MW ground PV power station as an example,it is found that drones can complete one inspection in 8 h,while two inspectors work 10 h a day and still need 4~5 days to complete one inspection.Therefore,it can be seen that the efficiency of UAV automated inspection is more than 90%higher than manual inspection.关键词
