Abstract
The application of micro steel piles in PV power generation projects is increasing,but there is still insufficient systematic research on their anti-corrosion measures in soil environments.This paper is based on the corrosion mechanism of steel piles and the evaluation of the corrosion level of steel structures in soil environment both domestically and internationally.Several common anti-corrosion measures and their principles for steel piles in soil environment are analyzed and summarized,and the applicability of these anti-corrosion measures when applied to micro steel piles for PV brackets is compared and analyzed.At present,the widely used anti-corrosion measure for micro steel piles for PV brackets is hot dip galvanizing.However,this method is suitable for general corrosive environments.Based on practical cases,the design method for the thickness of the galvanized layer of micro steel piles for PV brackets using the hot dip galvanizing method is calculated and explained.In extreme cases,cathodic protection or composite anti-corrosion systems can also be used for the anti-corrosion measures of micro steel piles for PV brackets.关键词
