消食液治疗脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症的临床效果
Clinical effect of Xiaoshi Liquid in the treatment of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoshi Liquid in the treatment of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 120 children with anorexia with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xiaoshi Liquid,and the control group was treated with Lysine,Inosite and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,body weight and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the decreased food intake,fatigue,abdominal symptoms and tongue manifestation scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body weight of the two groups was both increased,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type,the use of Xiaoshi Liquid can effectively improve clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms,increase body weight more than conventional treatment,and has high treatment safety and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
