摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor in women,which develops from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)caused by atypical hyperplasia of cervical cell,and human papilloma virus(HPV)infection is a necessary condition for cervical cancer.CIN has a variety of clinical outcomes such as natural regression,persistence and carcinogenesis,and persistent infection with high risk HPV increases the risk of progression of the disease.At present,the treatment of high-risk HPV complicated with CIN mainly includes drug therapy,physical therapy and surgical therapy,the appropriate treatment plan can be selected according to the age,fertility demands,actual condition and economic status of the patients.This article reviews the research progress on clinical treatment of high risk HPV infection complicated with CIN,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
