摘要
Abstract
Inguinal hernia in children is a common disease in pediatric surgery,which generally requires surgical treatment,such as traditional open surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.Children will have mild to moderate pain after surgery.A good analgesic program can promote the recovery of children,shorten hospitalization time,and improve the safety of perioperative period,which has high clinical value.At present,postoperative analgesia in children with inguinal hernia includes drug analgesia and non-drug analgesia,and different programs have different effect of analgesia.This article reviews the postoperative analgesia in children with inguinal hernia,and provides reference for multi-mode postoperative analgesia.关键词
