Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected cervical lesions who underwent colposcopy due to abnormal results of cervical cytology screening in Yuncheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected.All patients received cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy and endocervical curettage.Using the pathological results of cervical conization as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of different examination methods was compared.Results The pathological results showed that there were 72 positive cases and 8 negative cases.The sensitivity and accuracy of cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage were higher than those of single examination method(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of different examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be widely used in clinic.关键词
