Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 600 patients with suspected endometrial cancer admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected to undergo vaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.Pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that 14 cases of endometrial cancer were confirmed.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of hysteroscopy were higher than those of transvaginal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,hysteroscopy has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
