Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT multi-planar reformation(MPR)in tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,80 children with suspected tracheobronchial foreign bodies admitted to People's Hospital of Mudan,Heze were selected,and all of them underwent spiral CT MPR examination.The diagnostic value of MPR was analyzed with bronchoscopic exploration as the gold standard.Results Exploratory bronchoscopy revealed the presence of foreign bodies in 79 cases.The sensitivity of MRP was 100.00%(79/79),the accuracy was 98.75%(79/80),and the positive predictive value was 98.75%(79/80).Conclusion Spiral CT MPR has high sensitivity and high accuracy in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children,and can accurately display the location and type of foreign bodies.关键词
