Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection combined with hypersensitive C-reactive protein detection in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with suspected Mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed and treated in Jining Yanzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and all of them were tested with Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection and hypersensitive C-reactive protein detection.Etiological culture was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of different detections.Results The accuracy of hypersensitive C-reactive protein detection was higher than that of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combination detection were higher than those of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection,and the sensitivity and accuracy of combination detection were higher than those of hypersensitive C-reactive protein detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection combined with hypersensitive C-reactive protein detection is of high diagnostic value in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
