免疫球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的临床效果
Clinical effect of immunoglobulin in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of immunoglobulin in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease.Methods A total of 50 children with severe hand foot mouth disease in Tongzi People's Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.And all the children were divided into the control group(25 cases)and the experimental group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received immunoglobulin therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 76.00%(19/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever reduction time,mental recovery time,maculopapular and bleb disappearance time,limb shaking relief time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of immunoglobulin therapy in severe hand foot mouth disease has a good effect,and the therapeutic effective rate is high.It can accelerate the recovery of the disease,shorten the treatment time and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
