Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bupi Xiaoji Oral Liquid combined with moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 78 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis treated in Hospital of Pucheng County from August 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.And all the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with Bupi Xiaoji Oral Liquid combined with moxibustion.The levels of the T cell subset and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the CD8+ levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the CD3+ and CD4+ levels and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CD8+ level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the CD3+ and CD4+ levels and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in both groups were decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Bupi Xiaoji Oral Liquid combined with moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis is more effective,and can improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom and immune function of the children and is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
