Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fiber bronchoscope in the treatment of severe pneumonia of influenza A in children.Methods Clinical data of 106 children with severe pneumonia of influenza A in PICU of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center from January 2017 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.Children with conventional treatment were included in the control group,and those with fiber bronchoscope were included in the observation group.The symptom remission time,ventilator treatment time,hospital stay time,the indexes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever duration,disappearance of pulmonary rales,ventilator treatment and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of inflammatory factors of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe pneumonia of influenza A in children,the fiber bronchoscope helps to shorten the time of symptom remission,accelerate the recovery of children,shorten the time of ventilator assisted ventilation and hospital stay,and promote the reduction of inflammatory factors in children.The therapeutic effect of the fiber bronchoscope is significant and worthy of clinical application.关键词
