Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of audiovisual integration rehabilitation training combined with ketogenic diet on the rehabilitation and immune function of children with comprehensive developmental delay.Methods A total of 90 children with comprehensive developmental delay in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)by coin toss method.The ketogenic diet was used in the control group,and the audiovisual integration rehabilitation training combined with ketogenic diet was used in the experimental group.The rehabilitation and immune function indicator of the two groups were compared.Results The adaptability,fine motor,gross motor,language,personal-social and comprehensive developmental quotient scores were all higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and CD3+ in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the level of CD4+ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The audiovisual integration rehabilitation training combined with ketogenic diet has good effect on children with comprehensive developmental delay,which can promote the rehabilitation and growth of children and improve their immune function.关键词
