Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture in the treatment of influenza virus in children.Methods A total of 60 children with influenza virus in Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate,and the observation group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture.The remission time of symptoms,respiratory indexes,immune indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the remission time of fever,cough,nasal obstruction and sore throat in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fractional exhaled nitric oxide levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture has obvious effect in the treatment of influenza virus in children,and can shorten the remission time of symptoms,improve the level of immune and reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
