Abstract
objective To analyze the antibody levels of vaccine-specific diseases in healthy children aged 7 months to 17 years in Honghuagang District,Zunyi City and provide scientific basis for the formulation and improvement of immunization planning strategies.Methods A total of 750 healthy children from 5 age groups ranging from 7 months to 17 years in 2021 from 15 towns(streets)monitoring sites in Honghuagang District,Zunyi City were selected by the simple random sampling method for the monitoring of serum immunoglobulin antibody and hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb).Results The positive rate of diphtheria,tetanus,measles,rubella,parotitis,Group A epidemic meningitis and Group C epidemic meningitis antibody in healthy children was>80%.The positive rate of pertussis,epidemic encephalitis type B,hepatitis A,chickenpox and Group A epidemic meningitis antibody in children before 7 years of age was<80%.The positive rate of HBsAb,pertussis,epidemic encephalitis type B,hepatitis A and chickenpox antibody after 7 years of age was<80%.Conclusion The healthy children in Honghuagang District,Zunyi City have higher immune levels of diphtheria,tetanus,measles,rubella,parotitis,Group A epidemic meningitis and Group C epidemic meningitis.The immune barrier of children before 7 years of age is not strong in pertussis,epidemic encephalitis type B,hepatitis A,chickenpox and Group A epidemic meningitis.Hepatitis B,pertussis,epidemic encephalitis type B,hepatitis A and chickenpox in the children after 7 years of age are at risk of outbreak.It is necessary to continue to carry out vaccine replacement work and strengthen the monitoring of vaccine-targeted diseases with weak immune barriers.关键词
